Hayley is a ridiculously sweet, friendly, loving 70-pound, 12 year-old lab mix girl who needed rescue when her owner lost his home and had to move downstate to a senior facility. She has been with us for about a month, and she is really blossoming! She arrived with a host of normal, senior-dog medical issues that needed attention—she was overdue on all vaccines, had a very bad UTI, was quite overweight, was limping and achey all over, and had several broken teeth and a mouth full of tartar and inflammation. We’re on it and making good progress! Her UTI is already mostly cleared up, she is less achey all over and is limping less due to helpful pain meds and anti-inflammatories. Her…
