Yes, 12+ History I have had it rough! I was a 24/7 chained out dog, without reasonable shelter, all through the frigid NY winters. My current guardians saw me standing outside on an exceptionally freezing night (there were times when it was -35 degrees wind chill!) and decided to go talk to the people who owned me. Turns out they didn’t care about me one way or another, and were more than happy to let these nice strangers take me off their hands. Which they did! Amazing!! No more lonely outside life, no more freezing cold with no way to get warm, no more hunger…
