History
Redwood started his life being passed around a bit before making his way to his current foster home.
Personality
Besides being gorgeous he loves everyone he meets including dogs!
He does love to chase things so a non cat/poultry home is required and because of his love/hate of chipmunks he must be on a leash or in a fenced in yard at all times.
Cohabitation
He is crate trained, loves riding in the car and knows a few basic commands.
He loves to be with his people so he will not succeed if he has to be crated several hours a day every day.
He is looking for an active person or family that can include him in their activities! He would make an excellent hiking or jogging companion!
It is not required that he has another dog in the home but we do believe he would prefer it because he loves to play with doggy friends.
Medical
Redwood is a one year old Shepard husky mix, we think! He is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations and is a very healthy guy!

We do home visits on every applicant, and can’t do home visits where we don’t have local volunteers.
