beautiful rescue dogs!
Please note that we have an easy 4-step adoption process, and that we only adopt to people who live
within 30 minutes of Ithaca OR very close to Syracuse, Binghamton, or Owego, NY.
Step 1 is to fill out and send in this Adoption Application
Step 2 is having one of our volunteers do a home visit with you and your family
members.
WHY do you need a home visit?We are all volunteers and we spend much of our free time saving dogs and finding them homes. These dogs and puppies have already been through a lot, and they live in our homes with us and they very quickly become part of our family - even if only for a few days or weeks. We want to see where they are going to live - so a home visit is a must for ALL applicants prior to adopting a dog or a puppy. We're sure that if you had dogs living with you, you would want to know where they are going to live too!
Step 3 is having a veterinarian reference check.
Step 4 is to meet the dog you are interested in!
Please take your time and fill out the adoption application as completely as you can!ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE FULLY COMPLETED TO BE ACCEPTED!!
