Satchel Has Been Adopted!
Hello everyone! My name is Satchel. I'm 2 year old Poodle mix. My owners passed away, and I was chained outdoors all summer. I was just surrendered to the rescue. I'm incredibly affectionate, energetic, lovey-dovey, sweet, snuggly, and spirited! I'm great with female dogs, ok with some male dogs, not yet tested with cats. I love people so much, I want to be your focus of attention, and I love long walks! Currently I look like a fuzzy mouse...they had to shave off all of my hair because it was so matted. I'm still adorable though, I just looks less like a mop!
If you think you'd like to adopt me, please fill out an online adoption application and live near Ithaca, Elmira, Binghamton, or Syracuse. We do home visits on every applicant, and can't do home visits where we don't have local volunteers.
