Nellie Has Been Adopted!
Hi! My name is Nellie and I am a gorgeous, sweet, kind, and mellow, 6-8 year-old, 55-pound, spayed, female, Australian Shepherd/Corgi mix!
I was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Ohio, and am now in a wonderful foster home. I love my foster mom and dad already (I am super sweet with people) and am very delighted that there is another dog in the house to pal around with (I am super sweet with other nice dogs). I am very calm and very relaxed and laid back. I'm happy to go out for walks with you, but am also very happy to come back inside and lounge around on the nice and comfy dogbeds inside!
Some things that my foster parents want you to know about me:
- 1) I walk on leash like a champ!
- 2) I am the ultimate bug-catcher... flies and lady-bugs are my specialty, but I will catch and eat anything really!
- 3) I have very soulful eyes.
- 4) I like pizza crust... a lot
- 5) I always let my people enter/exit a door first.
- 6) I am missing half the whiskers on my left cheek.
- 7) I like my bed... a lot.
I'm a super sweet girl looking for a nice, relaxed home with a nice person or people who wants to love me and hang out with me as much as possible.
